Sometimes it helps just to be in a room with other women who understand.

These therapeutic talking circles offer Jewish women a calm, supportive space to talk, listen and connect. Each session will be a small group of women facilitated by a trained mental health professional.

You can share as much or as little as you like. There is no pressure to talk.

Come to one session or join us for all three.
